             Try the CIRCUIT!!

Interval Training

Complete 8-10 repetitions on a piece of Lifefitness Circuit Training Equipment followed by a cardio challenge (jumping jacks, stepping on a bench or jump rope)  between each exercise.  No rest or very little rest between exercise/cardio challenges.  Complete the circuit and rest for 5 to 10 minutes and repeat one time.

 
Strength Training

Complete 6-8 repetitions on each piece of Lifefitness Circuit Training Equipment.  Use a challenging weight that exhausts the muscle.  Rest 1-3 minutes between each exercise.  (Please be respectful of others trying to complete the circuit and don’t sit on equipment during rest period.) Repeat the Lifefitness Circuit two to three times for optimal strength gains.
