Membership Sales Representative
Full Time Position Job Description: A Membership Sales Representative will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and Company-sponsored programs, promotions and referrals. This includes Fitness training inside facilities and building referral programs from such activities, promoting in-house marketing programs for membership drives. Rep's will possibly call new and current businesses for corporate accounts, setting up outside promotions at local supermarkets, businesses, health fairs, community centers, etc.; obtain leads from existing members; give club tours and membership presentations; utilize computer programs to track appointments and sales. Will follow and build relationships with potential members after membership presentations, and continue communication as needed with prospective members. Membership Representatives work a variety of shifts, 40-55 hrs weekly with some weekend time. Membership Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
