This course is designed to teach group fitness instructors how to plan  and present a fun kickboxing class without overwhelming yourself or your students.  Use the CoreBox pre-formatted lesson or the freedom and flexibility to be creative with your own moves!  Learn the methods of designing a powerful and exciting class that brings results for your participants.  Learn to be a dynamic presenter with athletic drills that will attract both men and women.  CoreBox music has a rock edge that a dynamic kickboxing class thrives on!
