International Personal Trainers are highly trained and certified and energized to help you reach your fitness goal. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or are training for a sporting event, your Personal Trainer will custom build your routine. You will benefit from a personalized program guaranteed to help you launch and sustain a great YOU.

What to Expect at Your Personal Training Sessions:

   Session 1: Fitness Assessment and Program Development

    You and your trainer will identify your goals and create your personalized program. Your trainer will guide you on proper form, amount of weight and number of repititions, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. Then you will delve into an intense workout to jump start your program.

    Session 2 and Beyond:

    Your trainer will constantly be adjusting your program to keep your workouts challenging, effective and FUN! You will feel great and see results fast!

International Sports Clubs offer private solo training, duo training, and group training. You can purchase single sessions, or bundled sessions at a discount!

Dan Griffin:  Intern Personal Trainer
My name is Dan, I’m 26 years old, and I’ve been lifting weights and working out since I was 12. I stay active in training with mountain biking, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, running, power lifting, and a myriad of other physical activities. Whatever your fitness needs are; whether they be trimming down, bulking up, training for a sport, or just developing a routine; I’d love to help guide you through that process as your intern personal trainer.
